The views from the balcony offer a spectacular ocean panorama, truly a highlight. The heated floors provide a cozy touch during the chilly nights, making the stay comfortable.
The bathrooms definitely need an upgrade, particularly in the Penthouse Suite where small bath towels were a letdown. A dirty shower mat was simply replaced rather than cleaned, raising hygiene concerns. The TV had no signal during the stay, which was frustrating for evening relaxation.

We stayed for 4 nights in the First Floor Sea Facing room. Honestly, the views were stunning! Spacious room and comfy bed made it feel like home. Charmaine was super attentive too, making breakfast a highlight daily. The lounges were also well-appointed and relaxing. Only downside? The breakfast had little hiccups, like running out of ham. But that view from the room totally made up for it!

The warm atmosphere is further enhanced by the kind and attentive staff, who made our stay feel personal and special.
